I loved the way James described the office! It was exactly how I remember it being! @ Drop of joy..Yes To has a fabulous line of products with something for every skin type. I haven't found a product that I haven't liked yet and believe me, I have tried just about everything Ido and the others have put on the shelf! Spread the word! It's like a huge smile in every jar/tube/bottle... :)

It's cool to hear about a company whose ethos isn't based on slave labor. These days in our down economy, employees (especially the newly hired) are overworked, underpaid and unappreciated. I was in a heinous office for two years that nearly drove me bald, and I have middle eastern roots (read: great mop). So I packed up and left. In my job search I continue to look for companies with *positive* work environments -- sounds like Yes To has their ducks, er, carrots in a row.
